The booking system will ask for your credit card data only as reservation guarantee, the payment will be made directly at the hotel.

There are special offers and packages named “ADVANCE BOOKING- ADVANCE PAYMENT” which require a security deposit or the payment of the reservation. Cancellations will not be possible for these offers.

Check-in before 12 p.m. are managed directly by the person in charge of Reservations and subject to availability. If you wish to have immediate access to the room, we suggest you to make your reservation one day in advance.

- Untill 6 p.m., according to availability and with a 50% charge of the overnight stay.

If you chose not to reserve your room, we will take care of your luggage and we will offer you our services.

In case of advance check-out, there will be a charge equal to the 50% of the unused overnight stay, with a minimum of one night. While during special periods (events, special manifestations, etc.) the hotel may require a charge equal to the whole reserved stay.

In case of No-show or in case of cancellation made from 2 to 0 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty charge, on the credit card as reservation guarantee, equal to an overnight stay.
